1. Services Overview

Organize My Place offers professional organizing and decluttering services for homes, offices, and personal spaces. Specific scope, session times, and rates are discussed and confirmed prior to engagement.


2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective session, clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the space at the scheduled time
  • Be actively involved in decision-making when needed
  • Disclose any relevant health, safety, or environmental concerns
  • Understand that consistent maintenance is essential for long-term results


3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions must be booked in advance. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable and secure your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.


4. Service Results Disclaimer

We strive to create calm, functional spaces. However, results depend on collaboration and individual circumstances. Organizing systems are personalized, but lasting change requires continued effort by the client.


5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials shared on this site—including images, text, and branding—belong to Organize My Place. You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose our materials without prior written permission.


6. Third-Party Resources

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.


7. Limitation of Liability

Organize My Place is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. We handle your belongings with care, but we are not responsible for the value, loss, or condition of items unless damage results from gross negligence.
